1.MILK
 *RAW MILK in kitchen can give you extremely spotless and glowing skin.

What to do ?
Milk and turmeric pack

Take one tablespoon of raw milk in glass bowl and add a pinch of turmeric( kasturi haldi) if available, mix it well with cotton bud.
Apply it all over face , neck or area wherever you wanted to get  fairer and shinier, with the help of cotton bud.
Let it air dry for around 15-20 minutes and wash it with Luke warm water.
Put the remaining pack inside the freezer in ice tray and use it in the night skin care routine before washing face.

2.BESAN/ GRAM FLOUR

It consisted of gram flour, rice flour, ground almonds, yogurt and turmeric.

Remedy 1


Step 1: Mix equal amounts of besan and Haldi powder.

Step 2: Mix in a teaspoon each of lemon juice and honey in the powders and combine thoroughly.

Step 3: Apply a thin layer of this paste to your cleansed and damp face and neck, and leave on for 10 minutes.

Step 4:
 Rinse with warm water.

Remedy 2


Step 1: Make a smooth paste with 2 teaspoon besan, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons sandalwood powder and 1 teaspoon milk

Step 2: Apply evenly on your face and neck

Step 3: Wash off after 20 minutes with warm water.

This remedy helps lighten acne scars. You could also replace milk with lemon juice for a stronger scar-removing effect.

1 tbsp Milk Powder

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

½ tsp Raw Honey

Towel

Prep Time

2 minutes

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry.
  3. Apply this mixture onto your face. Make sure to avoid the fragile skin around your eyes.
  4. Leave the mixture on for about 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, wet your fingers and gently rub the dry mask to exfoliate your skin.
  6. Rinse your face with cool water.
  7. Pat your face dry with a towel.
2.Banana and honey mask for glowing skin

You Will Need

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Towel

Prep Time

2 minutes

Method

  1. Mash the banana until it is free of lumps.
  2. To the mashed banana, add the honey and lemon juice.
  3. Wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry.
  4. Apply this mixture onto your face. Make sure to avoid the sensitive skin around your eyes.
  5. Leave the mixture on for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.
